"We have retained the same format, the judges are the original trio which was the most popular so far. Only the participating singers will be new. It will bring back lot of nostalgia from the first season in 2004," Khan told reporters here.
When asked whether the judges follow a script for the popular show aired on Sony Entertainment Television, the choreographer-turned-director said everything they say and do is spontaneous.
"We do not get any script. We do what we want to do. It is completely unscripted and spontaneous," Khan said recalling that 'Indian Idol' was the first show which brought her on the small screen and since then she has worked on 18-19 shows as a judge.
On the short spell of fame achieved the participants she said everyone forgets who was the last winner of such shows but all remember that it was Abhijit Sawant who won the first 'Indian Idol'.

"Singers who didn't even win these shows are getting work in Bollywood now. We are getting lot of talent from these shows," she said.
Musician Anu Malik said during one such season of the reality show he spotted Monali Thakur and gave her chance to sing 'Moh Moh Ke Dhaage' from the film "Dum Laga Ke Haisha" and went on to win the National Award.
"We will walk the talk as judges," Malik said.
