The man, identified only as SK, groped a 27-year-old Nepalese woman and a 36-year-old Kenyan in a staff canteen in March. The two women work as cleaners.
The Dubai Court of First Instance found SK guilty of molesting the two women and of breaching their modesty and privacy, Gulf news reported.
He was sentenced to a one-year jail term and will be deported following the completion of his imprisonment.
During the hearing SK, however, insisted he did not molest his workmates but touched them by mistake.

SK was also accused by the Nepalese woman of exposing himself in front of her and making her touch him.
"He stood in front of me and groped me. When I tried to walk out, he grabbed my arm and pulled me down to a chair. I got angry and then he left.
"One hour later he walked behind me to the canteen and forced me to touch him. Then he told me that he desired me and needed me badly and was willing to pay me money. I shouted at him and informed my boss. The police came to our workplace and arrested SK," said the Nepalese woman.
The defendant has appealed and will appear before the Appeal Court later this month.
