Indian national jailed for molestation, theft

A 27-year-old Indian national was today jailed for six months in Singapore for molestation, theft and criminal trespass.
Indian national Palanisami Mohankumar pleaded guilty to stealing a mobile phone from a housing society on September 29, 2012.
He also admitted molesting an 11-year-old girl on August 30 last year, reported The Straits Times today.
A district court heard that Mohankumar also committed criminal trespass at another apartment on September 17 last year, the newspaper said.
