Indian Oil launches 5kg free trade LPG in Guwahati

Indian Oil Corporation Limited today announced the distribution of 5 Kg FTL (Free Trade LPG) cylinders in Guwahati city to meet the requirements of the floating population.
Executive Director, Indian Oil AOD State office, Dipankar Ray inaugurated the first-ever outlet here within a retail outlet. He also launched a customer awareness programme called "AASTHA", which is an initiative to make customers aware of the presence of IOCL representatives whenever a petrol pump is under regular inspection, a release issued by the company said.
Currently, the activity is regularly being carried out by the concerned officers of Indian Oil which are mostly unknown to the customers.
The objective of the initiative is to make the customers aware about the sincerity that goes behind assuring quality, quantity and safety at the retail autlet and hence elevating confidence, the release added.
According to the initiative, IOCL and Retail Outlet representatives will be putting on specially designed attire and standees will be placed in prominent places for visibility of the customers.
Customers can interact with the IOCL representatives whenever they are available at the retail outlets.
