Prashant Sengar, boss of the Spicy Affair restaurant in Victoria Terrace, Leamington, claimed that six women who made complaints about him to the police were all lying.
But after hearing from his victims, most of whom did not know each other, a jury at Warwick Crown Court found him guilty of seven charges of sexual assault.
The case was adjourned for a pre-sentence report, and Sengar, 40, of Cornyx Lane, Solihull, was remanded in custody by Judge Andrew Lockhart.
"He's an arrogant man, the owner of an Indian restaurant, Spicy Affair, in Leamington. He abused his position of authority with these ladies, knowing it was awkward for them to complain."
Some of his victims quit after he threatened them with losing their jobs if they continued to rebuff his advances, the Birmingham Mail reported.
In all, six women complained to the police about Sengar's behaviour - and the jury dismissed his protestation that they were all lying.
