Fernandes ended as the best Indian at tied 15th at one-over 289, while Udayan Mane, who went as high as fifth after the second round with rounds of 72 and 69 was completely off the mark with 85 and 79 on the weekend to end up at tied 55th at 17-over 305.
Aman Raj (78-75-74-77) was tied 51st at 16-over 304 and Viraj Madappa (75-73-83-78) finished tied 59th at 21-over 309.
The win gave Murdaca a spot into the 2015 US Masters at Augusta National and a berth into the final Qualifying Series of the 2015 British Open.
Murdaca (69-68-67-71) totalled 13-under 275, while Japan's Horikawa Mikumu (75-71-67-69) aggregated 282 and Todd Sinnott (67-71-74-71) totaled 283.
