With the launch of this new flight, IndiGo now flies to four destinations --Sharjah, Dubai, Muscat and Doha -- in the Middle-eastern region.
The same flight from Doha will fly to Mumbai from where it will be operated as Mumbai-Doha service, the airline said in a release.
From Doha, it will fly back to New Delhi, it said.
IndiGo also plans to operate direct flights from Chennai and Kozhikode to Doha from July 20 onwards, the release said.

At an inaugural ceremony held at the Hamad International Airport (HIA), the maiden flight was welcomed with the traditional water cannon salute followed by a ribbon cutting attended by HIA officials, the release said.
Doha also became IndiGo's seventh international destination.
With the launch of daily direct flights, IndiGo offers convenient option on two of the busiest sectors from India to and fro Doha-- Delhi-Doha and Mumbai-Doha, the airline said.
Following the roll out of the new flight to Doha, HIA now has a total of 25 weekly flights operating to Bombay and 35 weekly flights operating to Delhi, Hamad International Airport Chief Operating Officer, Badr Mohammed Al Meer said.
