This was announced in a meeting between representatives of PHD Chamber and Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Pakistan-based Sargodha Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Jhelum Chamber of Commerce and Industry; and Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
"In this business park, industrialists of both the countries can showcase their products, hold short meetings and strike trade deals. No visa should be required for such meetings and ID proof should be sufficient," they said.
It was decided to request respective governments to open bank branches in each other's countries and also at ICP so that there is no problem in making the transactions.
"Local currency with monthly adjustments should be made possible so that trade should not be affected due to US dollar fluctuation," they said.
