Industrial demand lifts bajra prices
Press Trust of India New Delhi Bajra prices were up by Rs 5 per quintal in an otherwise steady wholesale grains market today on increased demand from consuming industries.
Traders said pick up in demand from consuming industries against restricted arrivals from producing regions mainly kept bajra prices higher.
In the national capital, bajra gained another Rs 5 to Rs 1,190-1,195 per quintal.

Wheat MP (desi) 2,350-2,700, Wheat dara (for mills) 1,575-1,580, Chakki atta (delivery) 1,580-1,585, Atta Rajdhani 10 kg) 220, Shakti Bhog (10 kg) 220, Roller flour mill 825-830 (50 kg), Maida 890-900 (50 kg) and Sooji 1,000-1,010 (50 kg).
