Inebriated man attacks seven member family, kills two

An inebriated man allegedly attacked seven members of a family with a sickle and a crowbar, killing a couple on the spot and seriously injuring the others at A R Mangalam in the district today.
The deceased included a 60-year-old man and his wife, police said, adding the accused man has been arrested.
They said investigations were on to ascertain whether the man had any dispute with the family or he had any psychiatric problem.
The injured have been admitted to a government hospital here.
