It had posted net profit of Rs 47.1 crore in the October- December period of last fiscal, it said in a statement.
The company's income from operations stood at Rs 227.1 crore in the quarter under review, up 22 per cent from Rs 186 crore in the year-ago period.
"On a very positive development, real estate search portal 99acres has shown remarkable recovery with 54 per cent growth in billings for the quarter year-on-year (basis)," Info Edge CFO Chintan Thakkar said.
The board has declared second interim dividend of Rs 1.5 per share for the financial year 2017-18.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 1,347.35 apiece, up 1.2 per cent from its previous close on BSE.
