"We are moving our headquarters from Canada to India on April 1 because lot of our development activity will take place here. We plan to list Hubble in next two years to meet our expansion needs," Hubble Founder and Chairman Dino Lalvani told PTI.
The company has appointed Ochintya Sharma as Country Head who looked after Samsung's Internet of Things division in India earlier, he said.
He said that company has plans to raise USD 100 million for business expansion before it gets listed.
"We have a licence from Motorola for home surveillance products to make and sell them. We have already started pilot with Videocon to sell our surveillance services to consumers where they have landlines. There is ongoing discussion with private telecom operators to bundle Hubble product on their network," Lalvani said.
The company is planning to launch wireless Internet enabled surveillance camera for Rs 2,995 a unit.
