The report would only make the status of Jammu and Kashmir controversial, he told reporters here.
"In may view, the report will not solve any issue. It will only make the status of Jammu and Kashmir controversial," the former HRD Minister said.
"The report is dangerous and pro-separatists," he said.
"Any consideration of the report will be catastrophic for national unity and unity of the state," the BJP leader said.
"The document discourages nationalist forces. The tone and tenor of the report favour separatists," he said.
