Intermittent showers continue to lash national capital

Intermittent rains continued in the national capital today with mercury remaining one notch below the normal.
According to the MeT department, the day temperature settled at 32.6 degree Celsius, which was normal for this part of the year. Minimum temperature was recorded at 23.5 deg C, little lower than the normal.
The city has received 0.2 mm of rain since 8.30 AM till 5.30 PM today.
Residents sweated it out throughout the day as humidity fluctuated between 73 and 97 per cent.
The weatherman has predicted a generally cloudy sky with possibility of light rains or thundershowers in some areas tomorrow.
The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to remain around 33 and 24 degrees Celsius.
