International Poetry Festival in Wardha from Sep 15

Poets from India and abroad will participate in an international poetry festival in Wardha, beginning September 15.
The three-day event, organised by Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University in association with a Kerala- based trust 'Kritya', is expected to witness about 50 poets, including those from abroad.
Poets from Ireland, Finland, Chile, Turkey, Greece, Estonia, France, South Africa, Palestine and Italy will participate in the festival, a release jointly issued by Vice-Chancellor of International Hindi University Vibhuti Narayan Rai and Festival Director Rati Saxena said here today.
Gujarati, Malayalam, Hindi, English Orisha and Kannada poets will also participate in the event, the release said.
Poetry in the form of songs, musical numbers and theatre will be presented. This festival will provide an excellent opportunity for the students and faculty of the University here to expand their horizon, it said.
