IOC starts distribution of 5 kg LPG cylinders in Guwahati

Oil PSU Indian Oil Corporation today started distribution of five Kg Free Trade LPG (FTL) cylinders in Guwahati city.
In a bid to facilitate the necessity of floating population, the company's Executive Director, Indian Oil AOD State office, Dipankar Ray inaugurated its first outlet here.
The Executive director has launched a customer awareness programme Titled "Aastha", an initiative to make customers aware of the presence of IOC representatives whenever a petrol pump is under regular inspection, a release issued by the company said.
Currently the activity is regularly being carried out by officers of Indian Oil which are mostly unknown to the customers.
The objective of the initiative is to make the customers aware about the sincerity that goes behind assuring quality, quantity and safety at the retail outlet and hence elevating confidence, the release said.
