Directed by Swiss-based film maker Samir, the documentary is based on his own family's history, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The three-hour long documentary, which premiered at the Toronto Film Festival last year, mostly revolves around the never-ending cycle of war in Iraq and its effect on Samir's middle-class, well-educated family.
The director travels around the world, meeting with close and distant relatives that have been made to move away from their homes in the documentary.
