ISKON to celebrate golden jubilee on Aug 21

The International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKON), a Vaisnava group known for the Hare Krishna Movement, Mayapur, will celebrate its golden jubilee on August 21.
The day will be celebrated with spiritual discourses and other activites, ISKON officials said.
The construction of the gigantic 'Temple of Vedic Planetarium' (Chandradaya Mandir), which was scheduled to be inagurated on the eve of the golden jubilee, has been delayed and cannot be opened now, they said.
