Alon Ushpiz, Israeli Ambassdor to India, offered his country's cooperation to Himachal during a meeting with Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh here.
Ushpiz said Israel was keen to have business tie-ups with the hill state.
He offered his country's cooperation in transfer of advance technology in horticulture, agriculture and allied sectores to the state.
The Chief Minister informed Ushpiz about opportunities for mutual cooperation in sectors like water management, waste management and irrigation.
Ushpiz invited an Himachali delegation to Israel to explore possibilities of more mutual cooperation.
Transport minister G S Bali and Urban Development minister Sudhir Sharma were also present on the occasion.
