The four Israeli women were on their way from Spiti to Manali when the accident occurred yesterday, they said.
Fifty-year-old Shohola Meizal, who was driving the Scorpio, was seriously injured and died on way to hospital, police said.
Shosben (57), Surmit Sepctor (55) and Golan (52) were injured and were shifted to Delhi for treatment, they said.
The Israeli embassy had sent a chopper to evacuate the injured but it could not land due to inclement weather.
The injured were taken to Keylong in an ambulance, police said.
