The survey was going on since yesterday at five premises of the firm in Khandwa and Indore, following which the family-owned firm submitted a declaration showing Rs 3.5 crore as total income, they said.
The firm is a wholesaler in edible oil, sugar and foodgrains.
A team of IT officials led by Joint Commissioner G S Gautam conducted the survey, the sources added.
