J&K Governor, CM extend Holi greetings

Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra and Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti today extended Holi greetings to the people and hoped that the festival of colours would be a harbinger of peace, progress and prosperity in the state.
In his message, the governor said the celebration of festivals, a valuable part of our rich cultural heritage, strengthens the bonds of brotherhood and amity. He expressed the hope that this Holi would spread happiness and joy all around and promote harmony.
Mufti greeted the people of the state on Holi and hoped the festival to be a harbinger of peace, progress and prosperity for the people.
The chief minister said Jammu and Kashmir is an abode of rich cultural heritage and values and celebrating such festivals strengthens the bonds of brotherhood and amity.
