J-K governor expresses grief over loss of three BSF jawans
Press Trust of India Srinagar Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra today expressed grief over loss of three BSF personnel, who were killed and four others injured when terrorists attacked their convoy near Bijbehara on Srinagar-Jammu national highway.
The Governor conveyed his grief to Director General of BSF K K Sharma on the loss of three BSF personnel in yesterday's attack and also wished speedy recovery to those, who have been injured in the attack, an official spokesman said.
He said the DG BSF, accompanied by ADG BSF, Western Command, Arun Kumar, IG BSF (Int) Delhi Aditya Mishra and IG BSF Kashmir Vikash Chandra, met Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here.
The Governor and the DG BSF discussed the security scenario in the state, particularly in the aftermath of yesterday's ambush on the BSF convoy at Bijbehara, the spokesman said.
