The State Cabinet, which met under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, last night, posted Gupta as the new Divisional Commissioner of Jammu by replacing IAS officer Pawan Kotwal.
Kotwal, has been posted a Transport Commissioner in place of Gupta. PTI AB
