As many as 150 trucks and 50 buses will be deployed for ferrying official record and employees on April 26, 27 and May 3 and 4, an official spokesman said.
Jammu and Kashmir Chief Secretary Mohammad Iqbal Khandey today discussed arrangements for the annual Darbar move from Jammu to Srinagar.
The civil secretariat and other offices will close in Jammu on April 25 and will re-open in Srinagar on May 5, while advance parties shall be moving to Srinagar on April 21.
The Chief Secretary directed putting in place all necessary measures to ensure smooth movement of the 'darbar', including cranes, mobile workshop, besides providing mobile medical teams and ambulances all along the national highway during these days.
