"The time-bound disposal of all manner of complaints and grievances is vital for ensuring responsible governance," Vohra said in an interaction with the Chairperson of the State Special Tribunal, Sarita Chouhan.
Chouhan had called on the governor at the Raj Bhawan here.
The chairperson briefed Vohra about the functioning of the tribunal and the nature of cases pending with the government and the reasons thereof.
Director, J-K Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI), M I Parray, and members of the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board (SMVDSB) Ashok Bhan and Maj Gen (Retd) S K Sharma, and former minister G H Mir also met the governor, an official spokesman said.

Bhan briefed the governor on several matters related to the infrastructure and logistical facilities established for pilgrims.
He also informed the Vohra about the functioning of the shrine board's sports complex and the present status of the project to install CCTV cameras on all the tracks to the shrine, the spokesman said.
Sharma, who is chairman of the governing body of the college of nursing, briefed the governor about various important issues related to the functioning of the college.
The Governor urged Mir to continue his sustained endeavours to enhance interests of youth and for improving peoples welfare, the spokesman said.
