The minister enquired about health of the 14 people admitted to the hospital and wished for their speedy recovery.
He directed the hospital authorities to provide free and best treatment to the injured.
Singh also conveyed his sympathies to the families of those killed Friday in Pakistani firing in R S Pura sector.
The minister said he would take up the matter of creating a separate township for people living in border areas of Hiranagar, R S Pura and Arnia and also of Poonch and Rajouri districts with state and Central governments.

"The government is aware of and very much concerned about the loss to crops, houses...Studies of children have badly suffered and the circumstances that forced them to leave their homes," he said.
Singh said the civil administration and police personnel have been asked to camp in R S Pura and make arrangements for accommodating border people displaced by firing.
"Sub Divisional Magistrate and police officials of the town have been told to give on the spot compensation to the injured and to those whose houses were damaged," he said.
