The High Court has banned use of curtains, black films or tinted glass in all type of vehicles, including the government vehicles, and owners are asked to comply with the orders, said IGP (Traffic) Munir Ahmad Khan.
Warning that a violation in this regard will amount to contempt of Court, Khan said the vehicles found breaching the orders shall be impounded.
