J-K Women's police cell takes out route march

The women's battalion of Jammu and Kashmir Armed Police today participated in a route march that officials said was organised to help personnel to cope with problems like stress and to improve morale.
A route march was organised by IRP 15th Battalion, a Mahila Battalion, in the winter capital of Jammu and Kashmir, officials said.
The march, flagged off by Deputy Inspector General of Police Armed, Jammu, Vijay Singh Sambyal, started from Gulshan Ground and it concluded at Battalion Headquarters, they said.
More than 150 jawans and officers participated in the march, tugging its way to pollution free and hilly route of Maha-Maya Temple covering a distance of 11 kilometres.
Sambya said that such activities robust health level of the cops and provides them an opportunity to come out in open air and overcome their stressed life.
