Responding to queries on his reported differences with Chief Minister Raghuvar Das on specific issues, Roy said the allegation was "false and baseless."
Addressing a press conference here, the minister said for the first time Jharkhand has a majority government in power and people of the state have high expectation from it.
"The baseless reports will only hamper the development work being carried out by the government in consensus," he said.
"No difference had ever cropped up in regarding with any decision taken on crucial issues as the cabinet stood like a rock," Roy stressed.
The minister said the delivery system of the state was weak and the present government has framed over one and half dozen rules to strengthen the system.
We are delivering sincerely to the expectation of the people, he said expressing confidence that the development would be visible soon.
