Lisa, 28, who is heavily pregnant with the couple's second child, spent a night under observation after her vehicle was hit from behind on Monday, reported Female First.
She, however, has been discharged now and has remained unhurt.
Earlier, posting a picture of herself in hospital, she wrote alongside the image, "When some a-hole rear ends your car & you have to spend 24 hours in L&D getting monitored as standard protocol. Baby is fine, but I am losing my mind up in here!"
Her mother-in-law, Sharon Osbourne, tweeted, "Sad today my daughter-in-law went into hospital yesterday...I need to hear she is coming home. (sic)"
Alongside a picture of herself and her elder daughter, she wrote, "Finally back at home with my crew! Thanks for all the well wishes. Baby & I are good (sic).
