The 40-year-old's cheeks looked plump while promoting her new film "Madagascar 3", sparking speculation she may have hand cosmetic surgery, Daily Mail.
"The 'Hawthorne' star appears to have returned to the hospital for a little plastic surgery, causing her cheeks to look plumped up. It's also possible that this dramatic change in her appearance is due to surgical augmentation with solid silicone cheek implants," said celebrity plastic surgeon Dr Anthony Youn, who has not treated the actress.
Jada recently said that her svelte figure is the result of not overeating.
"I don't eat for pleasure. I eat for my schedule so I have to eat high-protein, lots of greens and healthy carbs so that I don't fall flat on my face," she had said.
