Earlier in the final qualifying matches, four cueists from Karnataka - German Girish, M L Lakshman, Sherazi, Nikhil Pise and three from Delhi - Kabil Badami, Nitesh Madaan, Jain and one each from Maharashtra (Rahul Sachdev), Uttar Pradesh (Malkeet Singh) and Orissa's Ashutosh Padhey won their respective matches to make the main league.
