Ramesh, who will arrive here tonight, will hold talks with president Mahinda Rajapaksa, economic development minister Basil Rajapaksa, and external affairs Minister G L Peiris during the trip.
He will also deliver two lectures here, including one on the "Changing Role of India in South Asia" at the Bandaranaike Centre for International Studies (BCIS), a think tank.
He will also speak on the Indian experience with the flagship Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme at the Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute for International Relations and Strategic Studies (LKIIRSS), in Colombo tomorrow.
