Jaitley and Sitharaman to attend Guj BJP media workshop

Gearing up for the upcoming Assembly polls, Gujarat BJP has organised a media as well as social media workshop in the presence of Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman tomorrow, said party leaders.
Last month, BJP president Amit Shah had appointed Jaitley as BJP's election-in-charge for Gujarat while Sitharaman has been appointed as co-in charge.
These leaders would provide guidance to state BJP's media and social media team at Gandhinagar tomorrow, said Gujarat BJP spokesperson Bharat Pandya here today.
"We have organised a workshop tomorrow for all our workers who are handling our media as well as social media operations across the state. Our election in-charge Jaitleyji and Nirmalaji would remain present and provide crucial guidance to them," said Pandya.

State leaders like Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, Deputy CM Nitin Patel and state BJP president Jitubhai Vaghani would also remain present during the workshop, he added.
Meanwhile, BJP president Amit Shah, who was here today to interact with the youths under the 'Yuva Townhall' programme, held a meeting with senior party leaders at state BJP headquarters 'Kamalam' in Gandhinagar after the event.
Shah interacted with the leaders about various programmes in view of the upcoming polls, said Pandya.
