Jakson commissions 10-MW solar plant for NTPC

Power solutions provider Jakson Group today announced the completion of 10 MW Solar power plant project for state-owned power generation company, NTPC at Talcher, Odisha.
The EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) for the project was awarded to Jakson by BHEL.
"We are delighted to complete the project despite the stiff civil construction challenges faced at the site. With successful completion of NTPC project, we look forward to get more projects from both government and private sector in the solar power business and maintain our leadership position," Sundeep Gupta, Joint Managing Director, Jakson Group said.

Brokerage RKSV launches plans for investors, traders * Low-cost brokerage RKSV today launched variable pricing plans benefiting both investors and traders, including a scheme offering five free trades a month for life.
Its popular scheme, the Dream Plan, now offers users five free trades per month for life. If the user executes more than five trades, he will need to pay just a flat Rs 20 per trade regardless of the size of the trade, the brokerage said in a statement.

The new offering is applicable to all segments -- cash, futures and options, currencies and commodities.
The brokerage, which claims a daily turnover across all segments of Rs 3,000 crore and 15,000 clients, launched two more pricing schemes: the Pro Plan for unlimited trading in specific segments, and the Ultimate Plan for active traders who are looking to trade actively across all segments.
"Our variable pricing plans are attractive for all types of investors and traders," RKSV co-founder Raghu Kumar said.
RKSV, which follows a 'brokerage-free model' and has one of the lowest fee structures, started off as a proprietary trading firm in 2009 and entered online trading in 2012.

Era Infra bags Rs 49 cr contract from BARC to construct hostel * Era Infra has bagged Rs 48.98 crore contract from Department of Atomic Energy for construction of hostel building at BARC.
"Era Infra...Has been awarded a contract for construction of phase II hostel complex consisting of 376 bachelors and 144 married accommodation for trainees of Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) at Anushaktinagar, Mumbai," it said in a release.
The contract values Rs 48.98 crore, it added further.
