Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe, who play fan-favourite Jamie Fraser and Claire Randall in period romance "Outlander", will travel to America in the new season of the show.
Heughan unveiled the first look and the season 4 teaser trailer for Starz's hit series during a fan event for his latest film "The Spy Who Dumped Me", at the IFC Center in New York, reported People magazine.
The 13-episode new season of the show will be based on Diana Gabaldon's "Drums of Autumn", which is also the fourth book in her eight-book "Outlander" series.
In the new season, the lovers will be journey to North Carolina, to settle down in the New World but as usual there are new challenges.
Heughan, in an interview with Parade magazine, has already promised that the characters will go through some major shifts.
"This season is very much about Jamie and Claire finally finding a home, settling down and having the life they've always dreamt of. Jamie's always wanted to be a laird and have a family and a place of his own. For a while he does, but, of course, being Outlander, it doesn't last long," he had said.
