The actress's guest appearance in a McCarthys episode will reunite her with former 'Malcolm in the Middle' co-star Laurie Metcalf, reported The Wrap.
'The McCarthys' centers on a quirky Boston family, who are headed up by basketball coach Arthur McCarthy (Jack McGee) and his wife Marjorie (Metcalf).
Kaczmarek will guest star as Marjorie's highly competitive sister Eileen.
Eileen brings her lawyer husband and well-to-do children to visit the McCarthys, with the sisters soon finding themselves at odds over a trivia contest.
Kaczmarek earned seven Primetime Emmy Award nominations for her portrayal of frazzled mum Lois in 'Malcolm in the Middle'.
Kaczmarek has guest starred in 'The Middle' and 'Law & Order: Special Victims Unit' as well.
