Jaquar to expand manufacturing facility in Bhiwadi

Sanitaryware major Jaquar group will expand manufacturing facility in Bhiwadi industrial area in Rajasthan to increase the company's bath fitting capacity in the current fiscal year.
The company has four manufacturing units in the country with three being in Bhiwadi.
"We are expanding our one unit in Bhiwadi with an investment of Rs 150 crore in the present fiscal year which will enhance our manufacturing capacities to one lakh bath fitting from present 70-75,000 units per day," Rajesh Mehra, promoter and director of Jaquar Group said here today.
"Our manufacturing facilities are equipped with modern machinery, automated processes and are eco-friendly. The expansion will also generate employment opportunities," he said, adding that this will also help the group achieve a turnover of Rs 3,500 crore.
He informed that the group is also coming up with an orientation centre in Jaipur where range of products will be displayed for potential buyers and professionals of the field.
Jaquar group currently has 22 orientation centres in India and 1 in Singapore where bathroom concepts and products are showcased and expert advice, installation assistance, free estimation and live demos are provided.
The company has also displayed its products in the ongoing exhibition of ARCASIA (Architects Regional Council Asia) Forum here.
