Jat Mahasabha starts hunger strike for OBC quota

Eleven members of Akhil Bhartiya Adarsh Jaat Mahasabha today went on an hunger strike here to press for their demand of OBC quota.
The group's chief Pawanjit Singh Banwala said their strike was aimed at making the government realise that reservation under OBC quota is a right of the community.
The strike will be peaceful and continue till their demands are met, he said and warned of stronger protests if the government does not pay heed to them.
