The 39-year-old Grammy-winning artist, who will be delivering his maiden Indian performance tomorrow, says he is going to put up an energetic show.
"I am all excited to perform in India. It's been six years since I wanted to come here because my fellow singer Jay Sean had always recommended India to me. He said Indians have a great liking for music and I hope I get the same response from music lovers here," Paul said.
Paul will be seen performing his smash hits like 'Temperature', 'So Fine' as well as some numbers from his new album 'Tomahawk Technique' on his three-city tour - Mumbai (November 3), Bengaluru (November 4) and Delhi - organised by Blue Note Entertainment.
The 'She Doesn't Mind' hitmaker, who has collaborated with many international artistes including Usher, Katy Perry and Justin Bieber, considers R&B star Rihanna as his favourite.
The two collaborated on the song 'Break It Off' for her 2006 album 'A Girl Like Me'.
"My favourite artiste among the international singers is Rihanna because being such a great singer she had come to Jamaica for the collaboration. It was great working with her," he added.
