The AIADMK supremo hosted a lunch for popular actors of her era (nearly two decades from late 60s) --- Anjali Devi, Saroja Devi, Sowcar Janaki, Jamuna, Sukumari, Chachu and Rajashree besides famous singer P Susheela, official sources said.
Jayalalithaa and Saroja Devi had starred opposite AIADMK founder and late Chief Minister M G Ramachandran (MGR) as his female leads in many films.
Besides the yesteryear heroines, political commentator and Editor of 'Tughlaq', 'Cho' Ramasawamy, also a former actor of that period, was also present at the get together.
Cho is known for his political satires in many a film besides his stage plays.
