Jaya to address rally on May 6, the day PM is in Chennai
Press Trust of India Chennai Revising her campaign schedule, AIADMK supremo and Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa will address public meetings at her R K Nagar constituency here on May 6, on a day when Prime Minister Narendra Modi is slated to speak at a BJP election rally in the city.
The party today released Jayalalithaa's revised election tour itinerary, according to which she will address five public meetings on Friday in R K Nagar, from where she is contesting for a successive term.
According to the earlier schedules released by the party on April 21, she had no fixtures on May 6.
Jayalalithaa will wind up her election campaign from Tirunelveli district on May 12.
Modi, who will be visiting Tamil Nadu for his first poll campaign for the May 16 Assembly elections, is scheduled to address public meetings at Hosur and Chennai on Friday.
