In a statement issued here today, JDP chief Salkhan Murmu said the incumbent coalition government in the state have also included the issue in its Common Minimum Programme.
Jharkhand High Court had asked the then government to implement the policy after re-defining it in 2005, he said claiming that every state in the country have their own domicile policy, barring Jharkhand.
The JDP leader claimed implementation of domicile policy could provide a stable government in the state.
Murmu said AJSU party was betraying with its own youth cadres by opposing the policy.
The tribal leader suggested that JMM should not use the issue to garner vote bank but take concrete steps to benefit two lakhs tribal youths in the form of providing employment in 3rd and 4th grade jobs.
