Pacheco is also asking for physical custody of their daughter, Ava Berlin, 21 months, as well as spousal support, use of their Range Rover and for Renner, 43, to pay for her moving expenses and rent, reported People magazine.
Pacheco filed the papers earlier in December and it seems her split with Renner is contentious as she has demanded the actor to return her passport, which she claims was stolen, her birth certificate and social security card.
The couple had a pre-nuptial agreement but Pacheco calls it a "fraud".
