James, 34, continues to battle over the custody of his daughter Sunny, his daughter from ex-wife Janine Lindemulder. He also appeared in a courthouse for a final hearing of a custody trial, reported Contactmusic.
Even though James won full guardianship of the little girl in 2009, he was present at a necessary final hearing.
He tweeted along with a photo of court papers, "Sitting in court today is a reminder that being a dad isn't always making the easy decisions, but making the ones that are right for the long haul."
"There is no doubt in my mind that I would walk through fire for my kids. My lifelong mission is to guarantee that they are happy, healthy and safe," he added.
