The move is expected to significantly improve the airline's connectivity and provide greater convenience and choice to its passengers.
"Jet Airways has introduced a total of 23 inbound and outbound flights from Delhi airport to other key metros besides tier-II and tier-III cities," the airline said in a release here today.
The new flights which have been added in the network from Delhi are to cities such as Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Guwahati, Lucknow, Patna, Srinagar, Jaipur and Pune, the release said.
The 31 new additional frequencies are in line with Jet Airways' strategy to deliver a full service, consistent, high quality travel experience to its guests across India, it said.
"The additional frequencies in the 2015 summer schedule will significantly enhance travel options for our guests. We have witnessed a growing demand in the domestic sector for business and leisure travel. We are confident that these new flights will prove popular with our guests," Jet Airways chief commercial officer Raj Sivakumar said.
