A case was lodged against Sultan Singh Jangid after the victim's father filed an FIR yesterday, they said.
The accused runs a jewellery designing unit and was hiring employees for his firm, they said, adding that the victim was working for him.
The accused would be arrested after interrogation and medical examination of the girl, they said.
