The decision was taken by the Raghubar Das Cabinet against the then Forest officer in Koderma region, Babunand Prasad, the then Assistant Engineer in Jamshedpur, Prakash Chandra Lal and the then sub-divisional officer in Chaas (Bokaro) Xavier Herenj.
Prasad faced alleged financial irregularities, which would be recovered from him, the release said.
While Lal faced charges of remaining absent from office for 13 years without taking sanction, Herenj faced charges of misappropriation of Rs 71,30,000 released for disbursement for riot victims, it said.
