"The IIT professionals go outside the state for jobs. If the TCS opens a centre in Jharkhand the youth could get jobs in the state itself and could accelerate the economic system of the state," a statement, quoting Das during his meeting with Mistry here, said.
Stating that his government has decided to make Ranchi and Jamshedpur as Information Technology hub, Das told Mistry that the Tata Group could lend its support through software development centre.
The statement said that the Tata group would seriously initiate all the proposals and the chief minister committed that the government would support it in every possible way.
